Member's Site Rules

No additional windows are allowed. This includes popups, pop-unders, exit ads, and java boxes. Website additions such as slide-ins and adgizmos are allowed as long as they do not open a new browser window and do not require a click. Free servers are welcome, but free servers with popups are not.
Your site may not attempt to break frames, close or disable the Cricket AutoSurf website.
Your site must be in English.
Your site may not contain prompts, alerts or anything else that must be closed before viewing websites can continue.
Your site must not attempt to automatically download files.
The advertising of "Investment Surf", "Paid to surf" or Investment Autosurf-style programs are NOT permitted.
Sites containing hidden Iframes, searches or malicious code, are NOT permitted.
"Paid to Promote" sites and PONZI- style schemes are NOT permitted.
You may not use any programs, scripts, etc. that will participate for you or attempt to "cheat" the Cricket AutoSurf service.
The advertising of Casino and online Gambling sites is NOT permitted.
Your site may not contain offensive language, adult or illegal content.

Account Rules:

You may only have ONE account per person.
You agree to receive our weekly news and updates.
You cannot log in from two different computers at the same time.
You MUST have a valid email address.
Your email address must NOT have any auto-responders or bounce.
Paying other people to use our service on your behalf is prohibited.

Failure to Follow:

If your site or account fails to follow any of the rules listed above, your account will be removed with or without notice. All ad campaigns, banner impressions, text impressions and referrals if any, will be lost.

Purchases:

Advertising purchases are final and NON-refundable.

Payment Policy:

You are solely responsible for the maintenance, payment, and cancellations of any subscription(s) to Cricket AutoSurf created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) may do so. Purchases via electronic check, or any other funding source that requires a period of time to clear, will not be fully processed until such funds have been released to Cricket AutoSurf.

Cricket AutoSurf Promotion:

Promoting Cricket AutoSurf using "paid to sign up" sites is NOT allowed. Promoting Cricket AutoSurf in any way that may bring about a negative image upon Cricket AutoSurf is strictly prohibited.

Spam:

Spam is NOT permitted under any circumstance. If you have been found to be sending spam to advertise our service, your account will be removed immediately and without notice. You will not be able to join us again.

Abuse of Our Staff:

Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated. You expect to be treated in a professional, courteous, and polite manner and so do we. If you use foul language, threaten us, or do anything we find offensive or downright rude, we may suspend and/or delete your account. Per our payment policy we offer no refunds.

Further, we reserve the exclusive right to suspend and/or delete and/or refuse service to anyone we choose for any reason we choose, without justification or explanation. The decision of Cricket AutoSurf is final and not subject to review.

Acceptance of Cricket AutoSurf Communications:

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from Cricket AutoSurf to all email addresses on record. However, this does NOT give you the right to recipicate in kind to Cricket AutoSurf.

Right to Update:

Cricket AutoSurf reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice. These rules are the terms and conditions of membership. By opening an account and by use of our service, you agree to be bound by them.

In joining Cricket AutoSurf, I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions and I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination.
